  Jacques Bermon Webster, II (born April 30 1991) is often referred to as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is an American rapper from the United States. He is also a songwriter, singer record producer, singer, and songwriter. His stage name is the name of a beloved uncle combined with the name of one of his idols, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records and a publishing deal with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April 2013 Scott signed a joint recording contract with Epic and T.I. The record was released under the Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first full-length project called the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in 2013. In 2013, Scott self-released the mixtape Owl Phaoh. A second mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in the year 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. It featured the hit track "Antidote". His second album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) reached number one on the Billboard 200. Scott has released his second album in conjunction with Quavo Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). The album is his third studio album Astroworld. He also released his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. In late 2019, Scott's label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. His single, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. Scott was the first performer on The Hot 100 to have three songs make it to the top of the charts within a year.
